Pick the Bottleneck
Most installers start where it hurts most, usually plan sets or permitting, and keep their existing process everywhere else. Nothing requires moving the whole pipeline.

When you add a second service, the handoff between them disappears. Survey data drops into design, design into permitting, permitting into interconnection. Bundled services also price about 20% below booking each one separately, so the pipeline gets cheaper as it gets shorter.
