Services

One partner, from first proposal to permission to operate.

Every stage runs through our team and shows up live in Sunscape, so you always know where a project stands without chasing an email thread.

01

Sales proposal

Accurate proposals that help your reps close in the room, not a week later.

02

Site survey

Field data captured through SiteScape, so design starts with facts, not assumptions.

03

Plan sets & stamp

Engineered plan sets, reviewed and stamped through our licensed PE partner.

04

Permit & AHJ

Submitted, tracked, and followed up on with the local authority until it clears.

05

Interconnection

Utility applications filed and managed so grid approval doesn't stall your schedule.

06

PTO

We stay on it through Permission to Operate. The project isn't done until the system is live.

Why installers switch

Growth shouldn't cost you your Saturdays.

Scale without limits

Growing your install volume shouldn't mean growing your headcount. EnergyScape acts as your dedicated back-office team, handling everything from plan sets to PTO so you can go from 30 to 120 installs a month without hiring a single person.

Win back your time

Solar installers lose an average of 20+ hours per project chasing permits, stamps, and AHJ follow-ups. We take that off your plate entirely, so your team spends every hour selling and installing, not managing paperwork.

Cut costs, not corners

Hiring in-house back-office staff is expensive. We help you reduce overhead by up to 40% by giving you a full technical and administrative team without the salaries, benefits, or training costs. You only pay for what you need.

Sunscape, Your Solar OS

Every project. Every stage. One screen.

Sunscape is the project management and CRM platform behind everything we do: leads, contracts, site surveys, plan sets, permits, interconnection, and PTO in a single pipeline your whole team can see.

Pipeline built for solarStages advance as milestones are hit and flag what's overdue. Generic tools don't know what an AHJ correction is. Sunscape does.
CRM that goes past the saleThe lead you close is the project you install. One record from first contact through PTO, no re-keying into a second system.
AHJ and utility trackingSubmission dates, review windows, corrections, and resubmittals logged per jurisdiction, so you can see which authorities slow you down.
Documents where they belongPlan sets, stamped drawings, permits, and PTO letters filed to the project automatically. Your team, our team, and partners on the same record.

SiteScape, site survey capture

Capture it right the first time.

SiteScape guides your field tech through a structured survey on their phone, then hands our engineers a permit-ready data set. No clipboards, no camera roll, no second truck roll.

The fields a plan set needsRoof type, pitch, rafter spacing, main service panel, meter location, shading by roof plane, and structural photos where the AHJ will ask.
Can't submit incompleteRequired fields and photo sets, in order. A missing panel photo or unrecorded rafter spacing stops the survey before it stops your permit.
Auto-tagged, already filedEverything lands on the Sunscape project, organized, before the tech is back on the highway.
Design starts same dayOur team works from a complete record instead of a phone call to the field. Fewer AHJ corrections, fewer return trips.
Build vs. partner

What you'd need to build in-house, and what we hand you instead.

Most installers only look at outsourcing once the cost of doing it themselves gets painful. Here's the actual trade.

Hiring and training

An in-house designer or permit coordinator takes weeks to hire and months to fully ramp. Our team is already trained, already fast, on day one.

Volume swings

Slow months don't require layoffs and busy months don't require overtime. You pay for the projects you run, not a fixed headcount.

Jurisdiction knowledge

AHJ requirements vary town to town. Our team works across jurisdictions every day, and that experience compounds in your favor with every submission.

One point of accountability

Plan sets, stamps, permits, and interconnection usually mean juggling separate vendors. With us it's one partner, one dashboard, one call if something needs attention.

Common questions

What installers ask before switching.

Do I need engineering staff of my own?
No. Our team handles plan sets, electrical design, and coordination with our licensed PE partner for stamping. You focus on selling and installing.
Who actually stamps the plans?
Plan sets are drafted and reviewed by our team, then stamped by our licensed professional engineering partner in the jurisdictions we serve.
How fast is turnaround?
It depends on project complexity and the local AHJ. Standard residential plan sets typically move faster than commercial or multi-jurisdiction projects. We'll give you a specific range once we know your markets and volume.
Do I have to use Sunscape to work with you?
Every project we run is tracked in Sunscape, and that's where your team sees live status. Sunscape is also available on its own as a platform for installers who run their own back office.
Who does the site survey?
Your field tech uses SiteScape on site. Our team receives the capture and turns it into an engineering-ready package. Ask us about surveyor coverage in your market.
Do you work with installers of any size?
Yes, from single-market installers to multi-state EPCs. The pipeline scales with your project volume, not your headcount.
